FAQ

The Deposit schedule is listed on page 2 of your contract, please reference for your next deposit due date.

Call our front desk at 440-466-7100, ext. 0 to make all wedding deposits. You will need to reference which wedding you are with so that we can locate your account. The agent does not have access to your deposits, so please be prepared with the amount due that you wish to pay.

The Lodge does not send deposit reminders.

Final payment is due 10 days prior to your wedding date. Once you provide us your final counts, we will then generate an invoice with the balance due.

Final Payments need to be made via credit card, cash or certified check. We require 30 days for checks to clear the bank and with final payment due 10 days prior, this does not allow enough time for the check to clear. Personal checks will be accepted for all other deposits.

It is okay if the final counts are less than the original agreed as long as you are still meeting your food and beverage minimum listed on your contract.
